Below you will find a series of enchanting photos by Jesús Ignacio Bravo Soler. What makes these photos different from other shots of well…forests, is the fact that these photos were taken at the beautiful Gorbea Natural Park. The whole park is a protected area located between the provinces of Alava and Vizcaya in the Basque Country of northern Spain. Gorbea takes its name from its highest peak, the Gorbea (or Gorbeia) at 1,482 metres (4,862 ft) above sea level.

Because of the parks eerie and beautiful “vibe”, it has become a popular destination for hikers, climbers and nature lovers that enjoy the rich flora and fauna. I love the atmosphere that these photos have captured. Also the color contrasts that are present in the forest’s palette are amazing.
